Creators and developers of the award-winning M&amp;C Saatchi Sport &amp; Entertainment agency over a 20-year period, Steve Martin and Jamie Wynne-Morgan, have joined MSQ to build a generation-defining sport and entertainment agency group - MSQ Sport + Entertainment.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
The new global agency will use the power of sport and entertainment to create deeper connections for brands, talent and rights holders with services spanning sponsorship strategy and activation, social content strategy and production, PR and communications, live experiential events and talent management. Callaway Golf has signed up as the agency’s founding client for strategic consultancy services with more to be announced in the coming weeks.
Steve and Jamie will be backed by MSQ, our private equity funder, OEP, and our 1,200-strong talented team of strategists, creatives, data analysts and channel activation specialists from across all MSQ agencies globally, as they look to attract the best talent and the best agencies through a significant acquisition and organic growth strategy.&nbsp;
A number of acquisition targets in the US and Europe have already been identified and conversations with industry specialists are underway.&nbsp;&nbsp;
MSQ Sport + Entertainment’s proposition will be differentiated by creativity, amplified by technology and enabled by data. The agency will be powered by a proprietary data and insight tool developed by MSQ's insights agency, <a href="https://freemavens.com" data-new-window="true" title="Freemavens homepage" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Freemavens</a>, called TRIBES.
TRIBES uses advanced analytics to harness and map&nbsp;digital&nbsp;conversations,&nbsp;content, and curiosity at the pace of culture. It enables clients to more deeply understand what makes their audiences&nbsp;tick and how to better connect with them with the right content, in&nbsp;the right place, at the right time.&nbsp;&nbsp;​

Leading Sport and Entertainment Duo join MSQ to Create New Global Agency

Approximately 1 in 5 people self-identify as having a visible difference in the UK, yet over half feel that brands regularly ignore them. 'A Face for Radio' calls on the UK’s largest brands, casting agencies, and media owners to improve representation of people with visible differences in their broadcasts, production, and advertising.

A Face For Radio on Good Morning Britain

Today, a joined-up team across our group are proud to have launched A Face For Radio, for the UK charity Changing Faces.
Changing Faces supports people with visible differences, and this campaign encourages brands, agencies and media companies to feature more people with visible differences in their collateral.
Approximately 1 in 5 people in the UK self-identify as having a visible difference, yet over half (54%) feel ignored by brands, and 64% believe ads do not represent them. More than half of young people with a visible difference say they would be more likely to support a brand that featured someone like them in its marketing. Together we believe there is a clear need for a positive shift in awareness and representation in advertising.&nbsp;

#AFaceforRadio is a social, PR and OOH campaign featuring Changing Faces ambassadors showing that they have a face for radio, TV, the big screen, advertising… whatever they want to be.
Billboards will be placed in key locations near major brand HQs, calling on businesses to improve representation. Social media will encourage people with visible differences to share their perspectives, alongside a film featuring Changing Faces ambassadors.
Over the last 24 hours, awareness of the campaign has been driven across ITV, Channel 5, BBC Radio 1 and Heart FM, and our brilliant ambassadors are starting to appear on sites across the UK, photographed by the award-winning fashion photographer, Stephanie Sian Smith.

At the heart of the campaign is&nbsp;The&nbsp;Changing Faces Pledge, devised by MSQ and Changing Faces, that businesses can sign to show their commitment to making positive change.&nbsp;
By signing the pledge and becoming a leading brand for people with visible differences, companies will receive:
<ul>
 <li>A direct line to Changing Faces expertise and services to understand how to increase representation of people with visible difference in marketing collateral.</li>
 <li>Special access to talent and talent agencies representing the visible difference community via a Changing Faces ‘Approved Partner’ list.</li>
 <li>An annual check-in with a Changing Faces representative to understand upcoming marketing requirements and how visible differences can be best represented.</li>
