MSQ was born from a desire to remove the boundaries that hinder so many agency groups. When you take away boundaries, exciting things happen. Which is why we’re unconstrained by age-old rules and no-can-dos.

That means MSQ is bursting with brilliant, collaborative thinkers. People who work together because they want to, not because they have to. Who roll up their sleeves, embrace unexpected partnerships, and have a lot of fun doing it.

Everyone at MSQ subscribes to our four key beliefs.

None of us is as strong as all of us. We collaborate because we want to, not because we have to. No egos. No Passengers. No problem. Everyone gets stuck in, no matter who we are. Outcomes not outputs. We don’t just make more stuff, we focus on problems that exist. Dream with pragmatism. Big ideas require extreme precision.

The MSQ DEI Council

Our DEI Council consists of volunteer members from every agency and office across the group, and aims to ensure MSQ is a place where diversity is actively celebrated, where everyone can always be themselves, feel they belong and are able to do the right thing in their work, every day. Through five key workstreams – covering Gender, Ethnicity, Diversity of Thinking, Socio-Economic and Comms – our Council provides awareness, knowledge, language, resources and tools to connect ambition to action.

Partnerships and Support

We’re proud to work with key programmes aimed at making the industry a more positive and inclusive place. We support Marketing Debuts, #1000BlackInterns and the Movement to Work scheme. We work with diversity training specialists to provide mandatory DEI training modules. And we set aside time for every employee to deliver pro-bono work for causes that are important to them. We believe these commitments go a long way towards why our agencies have been recognised by leading workplace accreditors – we’re Committed Members of Inclusive Employers and Disability Confident, we appear in the UK’s Top 25 Companies to Work For list, and are a certified B Corp.
