Dr. Christian Velten describes himself as a senior CX leader, a digital engagement & content innovator, and a passionate customer advocate in the healthcare industry. 

An educated molecular biologist, Dr Christian started out his career with his own marketing agency serving Life Science industries with digital media and content for 10 years. He then moved inhouse, contributing to the pharma industry as a bridge-builder between 'medical/science' & 'commercial' and is currently leading the roll-out and implementation of the corporate Voice of the Customer program at Roche.
